Flood Publishes in Journal for Multicultural Education

Journal of Multicultural EducationChena Flood, director of the Office of Field Experiences, co-authored an article in the Journal of Multicultural Education with Patrice Waller of California State University-Fullerton. The article, titled “Mathematics as a universal language: transcending cultural lines,” shows that mathematics communication and understanding were mutual among two groups whose languages were foreign to each other.
