Singleton Presents Two Workshops

DebbyOn Thursday, October 5, 2017, Debby Singleton, Instructor with Parks & Recreation Management, was invited to present two workshops for the CREW (Collaborative Regional Education Workshop).  CREW is a day long professional development conference for regional P-12 teachers, administrators, and support staff.  Workshop #1 entitled, “What Happened to Biophila?” focused on the importance of nature and outdoor learning environments and featured the use of Cherokee Central School’s trails along the banks of the Raven Fork Creek.  Workshop #2 entitled, “Living for Snow Days…” explored life-work balance for educators through interactive discussion and activities.
